Make it two in a row against the Giants
San Francisco Giants pitcher Matt Cain tallied eleven strikeouts but allowed three earned runs in seven innings pitched on Saturday night against the Oakland Athletics. The A's Rich Harden would best Cains performance allowing only one hit and no runs through six innings picking up the win 4 to 0. Mark Ellis was 2 for 5 with a run scored and assisted with two double plays.
